Quiet and peaceful, yet still easy to get to the City, Belconnen and Tuggeranong

With quick and easy access to Civic, Belconnen and Tuggeranong via The Parkway, and Woden right on your doorstep, Weston Creek is centrally located and an ideal place to live.

Whilst devastating for many, the 2003 bushfires opened the opportunity to create one of Canberra’s most iconic and uplifting landmarks, the National Arboretum. The National Arboretum features 94 forests of rare, endangered and symbolic trees from around Australia and the world and hosts a range of fantastic events year-round.

Complimenting The National Arboretum are an array of outdoor spaces for Weston Creek residents to enjoy. Offering a variety of running routes, mountain biking trails, the amazing Stromlo Forest Park and the Cotter River only a short drive away, you will be spoilt for choice when choosing how to spend your weekends. Even though the region is small, Weston Creek has a surprising number of successful local sports teams across codes such as football, rugby union, netball, rugby league, baseball, lawn bowls and cricket. For those seeking some casual sporting fun, Weston Indoor Sports Centre provides nightly social competitions for all ability levels in cricket, soccer, volleyball and netball. Junior sporting groups are also well represented with the Weston Creek Little Athletics Centre and Weston Molonglo Football Club catering for ages 4 and up. A tennis complex, skate park and a brand new pool complex at Stromlo Park, due for completion in 2020, round off the list of community facilities.
